Using hyphen (-) is right choice instead of using (-) underscore for domain name. Wherever you or someone encode your domain name, either

There are still millions of people who try to browse the website with white space. White space is blank space between two words. You are still in benefit if people don’t know about underscore but visit website directly by clicking hyperlinks.
